I am sure there are lots of people we all meet who say they are computer or network providers. To be honest though, I find most of them a little geeky, who know a lot about computers but fail to explain it to us. Christian was different, a true professional in his field. I asked him to set up networks in my recently purchased practices including sorting out new server and phone network. Christian from Decode IT took away a very slow and clunky iMac and brought me back one which runs efficiently and well. If it hadn't been for the pre existing scratch on the side I'd have thought he had swapped it for a new one. He took a very short amount of time to deal with and resolve the various issues with the iMac and clearly knows what he is doing. He also suggested various options regarding regular back ups, set up the system for me when we had decided which way to go and made sure to be available for remote support when i needed it.
